Apartments Patricia offers studios and apartments with kitchens. The single studio measures about 15 square meters and features a single bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The studio for two offers 20 square meters of space. Apartments range from 50 to 100 square meters. A 50-square-meter apartment includes one bedroom, one bathroom, a living and dining room, and a kitchen. A 70-square-meter apartment includes two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a terrace with Matterhorn views. The 100-square-meter penthouse has three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a large living and dining room, a kitchen, and a balcony with Matterhorn views. Select apartments include balconies with mountain views; some offer direct views of the Matterhorn. Each room features a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils. The apartments accommodate between two and eight guests. Each unit has complimentary Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.

Apartments Patricia is in Zermatt, a 10-minute walk from the village center and 80 km from Sion. The Matterhorn is visible from almost every point in the village. Daily train connections from surrounding airports operate from 6:00 AM until midnight, arriving at the Zermatt station. Nearby landmarks include Hohbalmen (0.5 km), the Parish Church of St. Mauritius (1 km), and the Matterhorn Museum (1 km).
